With our Concierge Service, our wedding transportation team manages everything on your behalf — reviewing guest itineraries, making vehicle and pricing recommendations, handling reservations directly with guests, coordinating payments, and sending confirmation and reminder communications. It is the hands-off option, ideal for larger weddings or couples who want full logistical support.

With our Self-Managed Service, we provide a dedicated booking link you can add to your wedding website or share directly with guests. Guests select their own service, enter their flight details, and pay independently. You receive private online access to a summary of all confirmed reservations. It is a good fit for couples who prefer to manage their own guest communications.

As early as possible. Wedding transportation involves coordinating multiple vehicles, drivers, and arrival times across several days, and availability during peak wedding season (November through April) fills up quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as your wedding date is confirmed so we can begin planning and secure the right vehicles for your group.

Yes. With our Self-Managed Service, guests receive a dedicated booking link and can select their service, enter their flight details, and complete payment independently. With our Concierge Service, guests can also be given the option to pay for their own transfers directly. Either way, you have the option to pre-pay for some or all of your guests' transfers, and you will have private online access to a summary of all confirmed guest reservations.

This is the norm for destination weddings and something we handle regularly. Each guest booking is coordinated individually, with the right vehicle assigned based on party size. We monitor every incoming flight in real time and adjust driver timing automatically for delays or early arrivals. Guests staying at different properties are scheduled and routed accordingly.

Yes. Private transfer guests have the option to personalize their welcome sign with their name or group name. Please request this at the time of booking. Standard Cabo Transfers signage is used for all other pickups.

For the bride and groom, we recommend the Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. Both offer a premium, comfortable ride and an elevated experience for one of the most important days of your trip. We suggest booking the vehicle exclusively for the couple and their immediate party rather than filling it to capacity. Contact us when booking and we can help recommend the right configuration based on your group size and needs.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a reservation. For wedding bookings, cancellation terms may vary depending on the size and complexity of your reservation. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible if your plans change.
