We recommend booking your private airport transfer as soon as your flights are confirmed. Cabo Transfers can accept reservations with as little as 12 hours notice, but booking early guarantees your preferred vehicle and ensures your driver has all the details needed to monitor your flight and be ready on arrival. During peak season (November through April) and around major holidays, vehicles fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
Cabo Transfers monitors all airline schedules in real time. Whether your flight arrives early or late, your driver will be at the airport to meet you. There is no extra charge for flight delays, and you do not need to call us to let us know. Our team tracks your flight from the time of booking, so any changes are automatically reflected in your driver's schedule.
After your flight lands at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), follow these steps:
(1) Clear immigration and collect your luggage from baggage claim. Once you have collected your luggage, please click on our "I AM HERE" link in your eVoucher email, to give us advance notice to dispatch your vehicle to the front of the terminal.
(2) Clear customs.
(3) Walk through the arrivals hall and keep moving. Pass through two sets of sliding glass doors, past the Time Share Sales Area. Do not stop for anyone. Turn right at the second set of doors and exit the terminal.
(4) Walk straight forward to the tented areas in front of the terminal. Your Cabo Transfers representative will be waiting under Tent #10 in a yellow shirt and khaki pants, holding a Cabo Transfers welcome sign. Private transfer guests who requested a personalized sign at booking will have their name displayed. Our representative will assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.
Important: Your driver is always outside the terminal, not inside. Do not give your voucher to anyone inside the building.
Yes. Child car seats are available on request for both private transfers and shared shuttles, at no extra charge. Please specify the number of children and their ages when making your reservation so we can ensure the correct seat type is ready for your pickup. On shared shuttles, a child traveling in a car seat is counted as a passenger. If you are bringing your own car seat, please share the make and model at booking so your driver can research installation details before your arrival. All Cabo Transfers drivers are trained on proper car seat installation and are happy to assist.
Yes. Toll road fees are included in the price of your transfer for both private transfers and shared shuttles. The toll road is used for the vast majority of transfers as it is the quickest and safest route to your destination. On occasion, the regular highway may be used if there are traffic or road condition issues with the toll road. Either way, there are no surprise charges at the end of your journey — the price you see at booking is the price you pay.
We ask that passengers provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or change a reservation. If your flight is missed or plans change unexpectedly, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. For specific refund eligibility and timing, please contact our team directly or refer to your booking confirmation.
